Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Clean driving record.
Current Pest Control License.
1-3 years of pest control experience.
1-3 years of Wildlife experience.
High School Diploma.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Physical ability to move constantly, access attics/crawl spaces, and maintain a good work pace.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills for top-notch customer service.
Demonstrates integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

Perform inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and determine the appropriate treatment.
Apply pesticides and other pest control solutions safely and effectively according to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Communicate with clients to explain inspection results, treatment plans, and pest prevention tips.
Create leads while out in the field.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, services performed, and chemicals used.
Follow safety protocols, including wearing appropriate protective equipment and handling hazardous materials properly.
Perform routine checks and maintenance on pest control equipment.
Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and pest control methods through ongoing training.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures while providing exceptional customer service. Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any pest related issues.
